UK not putting children first

Over the last 12 months the focus of grandchildren’s rights has reached the highest level, but still no-one is prepared to do what is right by millions of children in the UK, who find themselves estranged/alienated from a parent/grandparent and all members of their extended family.

Soothing words are made, agreements that the system is not working as it stands.

It is just not good enough.

Day after day, week after week, month after month and years after years, children still being deprived the importance of family relationships.

Why is the UK government so afraid of standing up for the children?

In Brazil Parental Alienation is illegal and has been for some years, France and Spain include the relationship between grandchildren and grandparents within their Civil Code, putting the grandchildren’s rights first.

Whilst our government are still thinking about it, still wondering what they can do to change things, these millions of children are suffering.

Suffering one of the most terrible injustices of all.

Being denied contact with both loving parents and grandparents.

Prevented from having proper family relationships.

Of course the law is not the only answer, but it would be a starting place.

Children and grandchildren having the most fundamental right of all, their human right to family life.

No one can tell me that keeping one parent and grandparents out of the children’s lives is beneficial to the children, unless there is a proven reason to do so.

There is one reason and one reason only that this happens, nothing to do with the needs of the children, but the revengeful act of someone, who wants to control.

What I do know is that when these children are old enough and they do make decisions for themselves, they will and do turn their backs on the parent that has lied to them, who has caused so much pain.

I am ashamed on behalf of the millions of children who are imprisoned by alienation, that our country is not prepared to do what is right.

Are they afraid of the feminist lobbying groups?

Answers on a postcard, light the blue touch paper and stand back!
