100 ways to happiness.

Some time ago I asked grandparents to tell me what makes them happy and I posted them in a blog, I think it is a good time to post them again.

As we move at pace towards what can be such a difficult time of the year for so many, it is important to look after ourselves, physically and mentally, it is so easy as the days grow shorter and darker to find ourselves being enveloped by our grief.

We believe that everyone else is having a wonderful time and are looking forward to a Happy Christmas, the reality is that there are millions of lonely and isolated people of all ages who are dreading the next few months.

Although life events can cause us to face despair, and hurt, it is ourselves who must take back control.

Those who have caused us pain, go on happily in their lives, the only people hurting are ourselves.

However bad things seem to be there are good people out there, the world is not against us, we live on an amazing planet with nature all around us.

Take a moment to read these 100 ways, and I have no doubt you have your own to add.
